Keynotes & Workshops

I speak about what happens when success stops feeling good.

I don't speak about productivity hacks, wellness apps and quarterly resets.

It goes deeper: to the identity pattern underneath.

To the people who are functioning perfectly on the outside and completely depleted on the inside.

The ones running on stress and calling it ambition.

About identity, achievement, the cost of performing for approval. About what's actually driving you when the stress finally catches up.

About me.

What I speak About

The right skills, the wrong feelings

You learned the skills. You showed up. You went to the interviews and built something for yourself. But which part of you is actually driving this: the part performing for approval or the part that knows what you actually want? And what does it even mean to know what you truly want?

This talk is for women trying to get into tech and not only, women already in it and women who got there and are wondering why it doesn't feel the way they thought it would.

About why the skills that get you the career aren't the same skills that help you feel good once you have it. About what performing your way in actually costs.

“Ioana didn’t just give a great talk. Her message was honest, powerful and stayed with the room long after everyone went home. She is a genuine collaborator who makes your event better and your job as an organizer easier.”

— Martijn Koekkoek, Everybody Networks Here & Circles Founder

Intuition as a tool for decision-making

You already knew. You knew before you asked five people their opinion. You knew before you ran the spreadsheet, talked to your manager, drafted the pros and cons list. The signal was there, but what it said was uncomfortable.

Our intuition is a decision-making tool, not a mystical concept. I talk about the difference between the fear voice that's loud and urgent and the intuition voice that's quiet and persistent.

About why high achievers second-guess themselves into exhaustion and what changes when you start treating your own knowing as data.

Running on stress and calling it ambition

You built a successful life on the outside. Inside, you're crumbling. The career is impressive but the daily experience is exhausting. The relief from hitting goals lasts about 30 seconds. You're living vacation to vacation just to get through the weeks in between.

This talk is about the strategy underneath. The plan you built when you were eight years old trying to earn approval got you here but it won't get you further.

Why impostor syndrome doesn't disappear when you succeed. And what happens when you finally stop trying to outrun it by achieving more.
